Active Exercise – Men & Women

Instructor:  Duncan Craig

Fun, inclusive, active classes combining a mix of standing and floor-based exercises, using resistance bands, dumbbells, body weight and balls.  The classes are low impact and include elements of balance, mobility and flexibility.  These classes are suitable for those with a moderate level of mobility and balance.  All of the exercises can be modified by the instructor to accommodate restrictions due to injuries or medical conditions.
