Sit n Be Fit

Instructor – Zorica Passchier

A fun inclusive class for the less mobile or those getting back in to exercise. The exercises are performed behind and on a sturdy chair. These exercises are functional and designed to increase your mobility, strength, flexibility, reaction time and balance. Some hand held weights, chi balls and physio bands are used during the class. There is a mindfulness relaxation at the end.
