Active Exercise – Women

Fun, inclusive, active classes combining a mix of circuits, weights, aerobic exercise (fast walking or jogging) and stretching/exercising on the floor. These are suitable for those with a good level of mobility and balance. All of the exercises can be modified by the instructor to accommodate restrictions due to old injuries or medical conditions. Fast walking/jogging can be modified.
