Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to almost everyone. It is recommended that on starting a yoga program that you attend regularly and give the exercise several months to achieve the desired outcomes.
Class for the less mobile or those getting back in to exercise.
Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons in the main hall.
Walks vary from 1 to 3 hours, covering 3-8 kms. Regular walkers are advised in advance of walking conditions (eg. Easy, moderate or challenging).

Ladies who prefer to cycle at a leisurely pace can join a group outing each Tuesday morning, setting out from the Sea Scouts Hall on the eastern side of Lake Tuggeranong.
10am - noon in Gumnut Cottage. If you are tempted to take up a cue for the first time, there will be someone to show you how! Beginners sessions are held on Tuesdays.
