Just over thirty Club members were given a comprehensive overview under the banner of St Johns ‘Project Resilience’ on how to be of value as a possible first person to administer aid in common community situations; heart attack or stroke, if someone has fallen or is choking.

Four volunteer St John’s Ambulance trainers delivered an enjoyable and informative morning.  It was very well presented, and the trainers were friendly and approachable, being more than happy to answer the variety of questions from members.  Copies of their handouts are available here.

We will run another information session soon for members who were unable to attend.
