Friday Cycling Group

We take a different route each week and ride at a reasonable pace.

Seated (Chair) Yoga

Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to almost everyone. It is recommended that on starting a yoga program that you attend regularly and give the exercise several months to achieve the desired outcomes.  

Sit n Be Fit

Carpet Bowls (Friday pm)

Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons in the main hall.

Walks vary from 1 to 3 hours, covering 3-8 kms.  Regular walkers are advised in advance of walking conditions (eg. Easy, moderate or challenging).
